The VAHS Preventative Health Team is inviting you to join our first TRI-November event.


With the weather warming up and days getting longer we want to challenge you to join us to walk, run and cycle or a combination of all 3 as much distance as possible.


We are challenging you to walk/run a benchmark distance of 75km for the whole month (2.5km a day) or ride 175 km (just under 6km a day). If you complete this benchmark distance you will receive a medallion however Major prizes will be given to the greatest distances achieved. Prizes will also be given out throughout the event for weekly efforts for a new personal best or doing a little more than the last week, selected at random.


To join up all you need to do is complete this survey / scan this QR code and then download the Starva app on your mobile phone and follow Boorais and smoke don’t mix so that we can add you to our challenge.




For all of those who register within the first week will receive a TRI-November training shirt, water bottle and a sweat towel.


The Starva app will track people’s activities. (Must complete Survey and join Starva group challenge to win prizes)
